Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on CAD/CAM CNC Programme, Setter, Operator to join their busy toolroom. A family-run company with an understanding approach to a modern working routine, offering secure full-time employment with the opportunity to progress.
Skills Required:
- Design and strategise using CAD/CAM
- Programme, set and operate CNC (Haas 3-axis) and XYZ 3-axis CNC with Siemens Controls
- Set, maintain and inspect own work
- Keen eye for detail
About you:
- Must have experience of CAD/CAM and CNC Programme, Setting and Operator experience of cutting tool steel such as P20, H13 and Mild Steel
- Have CAD/CAM experience; MasterCAM an advantage
- Able to hit the ground running
- Excellent timekeeping
- A can-do attitude with a motivated and pro-active approach
- Able to work to schedules and achieve set targets
Company: An established Engineering company in Rochdale
Hours of work: Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-3pm
