We are currently recruiting for an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join a busy Groundworks and Civil Engineering project with an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Groundworks Setting Out Engineer looking for work with a well-established contractor.
A total station is already available on site, so there is no requirement to provide your own equipment.

Duties
- Setting out for groundworks and civil engineering works
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to specification
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Groundworks team
- Carrying out quality checks and maintaining accurate setting out records
- Supporting the successful delivery of the project
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Setting Out Engineer
- Experience setting out Groundworks projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and construction drawings
- Checkable work references
- Valid photo ID to gain access to site
- Own PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
