BAM UK&Ireland is looking for Blasting Engineers / Trainee Blasting Engineers to join our team, supporting the Quarrying and extractive operations across all of England. This will be a hands‑on role carrying out drill and blast duties and working alongside our blasting teams to deliver safe, efficient results. Full training program would be issued for the Trainee position. The engineer will assist in the day‑to‑day blasting operations in Southwest England and Wales while maintaining the highest safety standards and working with the quarry regulations 1999. This will also include designing blasts, keeping accurate records, attending production meetings, producing activity plans and risk assessments, and maintaining a personal career development plan.

Your team will be located in the East Midlands area, but travelling to different sites will be required.

Making Possible
