Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking for a Section Engineer for a major infrastructure project.
Responsibilities
- Manage site engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and to programme.
- Prepare, review, and implement RAMS before works commence.
- Ensure Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) are completed, recorded and maintained to industry standards.
- Monitor site activities to guarantee compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures, resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, including setting-out, as-built information, and quality documentation.
- Produce and update short-term and monthly programmes for your section of works.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Section Engineer role within civil engineering.
- Setting-out engineering experience.
- A valid CSCS card.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Eligible to live and work in the UK.
