Overview
Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a strong background in Integrated Management Systems and ISO standards, looking to join a growing business where you can take ownership of Health & Safety and drive continuous improvement? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the company's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems working on High Voltage sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and recognised standards including ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You’ll work closely with senior management and operational teams, helping to promote a positive safety culture while supporting the continued growth of the business.
The Role
- Manage and maintain the company's Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Lead internal and external audits and accreditation processes.
- Develop and update Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
- Deliver Health & Safety training and workshops.
- High Voltage sites.
The Person
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within Engineering, Utilities, Construction or Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience developing Health & Safety policies and management systems.
- Current knowledge of CDM Regulations and relevant legislation.
- NEBOSH General Certificate.
- HNC in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
