A well‑established construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to work on projects across Belfast and Northern Ireland, with no UK travel required. This is a permanent, full‑time role with an immediate start.
Responsibilities
- Set out works independently on site
- Operate GPS/GRP equipment and total stations
- Check drawings, levels and site measurements
- Coordinate with site management and subcontractors
- Maintain QA records and site documentation
- Ensure works are completed to specification
- Assist with daily engineering and site duties across projects mainly in Belfast, with some travel within Northern Ireland
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer within build/construction projects
- Ability to set out independently
- Experience operating GRP/GPS equipment and total stations
- Strong understanding of drawings and site levels
- Full driving licence
- Good communication and organisational skills
- 2+ years of setting‑out experience (preferred)
- UK work authorisation (required)
