A boutique structural engineering consultancy, currently experiencing an unprecedented surge in new instructions, requires a versatile engineer to orchestrate a broad portfolio of projects. This is not a siloed role; it is for a professional who thrives on variety, from domestic extensions to sophisticated portal frame developments and compliance-driven surveys.
Technical Execution
Deliver simple design work and detailed drawings.
Client Engagement
Manage site inspections, surveys, and direct communication with architects, contractors, and homeowners.
Strategic Compliance
Navigate the complexities of the Building Safety Act, providing essential inspections and survey calculations for a shifting regulatory landscape.
Operational Agility
Hit the ground running with a "common sense" approach to varied engineering challenges.

Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years (Graduate/Engineer level) through to Senior status.
