We are recruiting for a Project Engineer Building to support the delivery of construction and infrastructure projects within a fast-paced operational environment. The successful candidate will assist with the coordination and supervision of projects including refurbishments, upgrades, extensions, and repairs, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of construction and building projects from planning to handover
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Supervise site activities and ensure Health & Safety compliance
  • Monitor project progress, reporting, and documentation
  • Assist with programme management, quality control, and risk mitigation

Essential Criteria

  • Level 6 qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience within construction/project delivery
  • Experience supervising contractors and site works
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and CDM Regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence

Desirable

  • Project Management qualification
  • CSCS / CSR / SafePass certification
  • Experience in live or safety-critical environments
  • Knowledge of CAD, BIM, or MS Project
