Location: Various Construction Sites (Central London and beyond!)
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience with optional regular overtime!
About the Role:
- Predominately carrying out pre-commissioning cleaning on the systems according to BSRIA standards.
- Represent Ashford on projects, attending meetings & liaising with clients.
- Supervising and collaborating with contractors and operatives.
- Building and maintaining a good working rapport with the company's key clients.
- Prioritizing workload and dealing with issues effectively and promptly.
- Writing Emails, Test Packs & Detailed reports.
- Sampling for on-site testing & Laboratory analysis.
- Cold water storage tank cleaning & Domestic water disinfections.
