I'm currently working with a well‑established, independent multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly regarded business delivering innovative, sustainable design solutions across sectors including infrastructure, residential, commercial, education and regeneration.
Salary & Benefits
- £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

The role will involve
- Leading geotechnical input across projects, from feasibility through to detailed design and construction
- Acting as the geotechnical lead on projects
- Managing project delivery, ensuring technical quality and commercial performance
- Supporting fee proposals and providing input to bids and tenders
- Producing clear, high‑quality technical reports and designs
- Carrying out technical reviews and mentoring junior engineers
- Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
