A leading regional civil engineering and utilities services company is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to lead design delivery on a key water infrastructure framework in and around London. You will oversee a range of projects from early concept through to construction support, working within a collaborative and forward-thinking design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate civil and drainage designs to UK water industry standards
- Manage internal teams and external consultants
- Ensure quality assurance, client satisfaction, and adherence to health & safety standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence
Requirements
- Degree-qualified Civil Engineer (chartered or working towards chartership preferred)
- Strong experience in drainage design and infrastructure projects within the UK water sector
- Proficient in design software (e.g., MicroDrainage, AutoCAD, Civils3D)
- Full UK driving licence required
