Thoroughly understands technology and how it supports the business.Expertise in different aspects of reservoir engineering e.g. field development, simulation, material balance, pressure transient analysis, fluid properties, decline curve analysis, reserve evaluations.Identifies, develops, executes and evaluates business opportunitiesExperience of critically reviewing and assuring technical evaluationsDemonstrated ability to influence technical and business decisions across multidisciplinary teams and joint venture environmentsAbility to integrate subsurface, wells, facilities, operational and commercial considerations into technical recommendations.Sound working knowledge of industry software packagesQualificationsMSc in reservoir engineering or a related subject.Personal CharacteristicsPuts forward own views credibly and persuasively, linking communications with desired outcomesListens actively while guiding others towards positive communication outcomes, considering other perspectivesLooks for opportunities to develop others, providing constructive and timely feedback to support development.Invests time in coaching othersTakes accountability for the success of both their own and others' projects, considering and integrating a wide range of information and views in making decisions.
