Role Description
This is a full‐time remote role for the Head of Engagement. The Head of Engagement will oversee the recruitment, scheduling and quality assurance of radiologists. This involves the radiologist journey from first interest to regular reporter and maintaining the relationship between the radiologist and the company.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic thinking to achieve organizational goals

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision‐making

Experience in Recruitment, Scheduling and Quality assurance

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous experience in healthcare, teleradiology, or related fields is highly desirable

Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
