YOUR ROLE
Are you a natural leader with a knack for logistics? If so, come and join our dynamic team in Kettering as a Warehouse Shift Supervisor and help us keep things running smoothly! Our operation based in Kettering has the need for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day operational activities for the warehousing team. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating warehouse shift teams in order to ensure all customer requirements and operational targets are fulfilled to the highest standard.
This is a Monday to Friday role, 10:00-18:00.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient processing of orders, inventory management, and on‑time deliveries.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure safety standards and health regulations are always adhered to.
- Allocate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment of orders.
- Identify and resolve any operational challenges or bottlenecks to maintain productivity.
- Keep senior management informed about key performance metrics, warehouse performance, and any ongoing issues.

- A proven leader with warehouse supervision experience, ideally in a similar environment.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations within a warehouse setting.
