YOUR ROLE
Are you organised, process-driven, and confident in training others? We’re looking for a Warehouse Process Lead to join our team based in Barton-under-Needwood, reporting into the Operations Manager.
This is a Monday – Friday role 8:30am – 5pm (flexible on start and finish times)
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Take ownership of the site training matrix, ensuring all colleagues receive the right training at the right time.
- Deliver and oversee training sessions, presenting work instructions and supporting new starters.
- Manage and maintain key documentation, including Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Document Control Logs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor processes, highlight improvements, and make sure all activities meet operational, safety, and quality standards.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Strong organisational and admin skills, with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator and trainer, comfortable presenting to groups.
- Good understanding of systems and process tracking (e.g., training records, matrices).
- A proactive, safety-first approach and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
