YOUR ROLE
Joining our Talent Acquisition team means becoming part of a collaborative, supportive and ambitious function that's focused on attracting exceptional talent and continually improving how we recruit.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of recruitment projects, support exciting employer branding initiatives, develop your recruitment expertise and make a real impact on the growth of our business.
This is a Monday - Friday role working on a hybrid basis at our Head Office based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by:
- Managing the requisition approval process and ensuring vacancies are progressed efficiently.
- Coordinating operative recruitment across the business, including vacancy approvals, advert management, interview support, offers and onboarding.
- Writing engaging job adverts and advertising vacancies across job boards and social media channels.
- Providing hiring managers with interview guides, assessment materials and recruitment best practice.
- Managing the shared recruitment inbox, responding to internal and external candidate and hiring manager queries.
- Preparing and distributing the weekly vacancy bulletin.
- Sourcing and screening candidates for vacancies.
- Producing monthly recruitment reports, analysing recruitment data and creating ad-hoc reports to support business decisions.
- Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and managing Talent Acquisition recharges.
- Supporting the creation of recruitment campaigns, employer branding content, social media posts, digital learning materials and awareness initiatives.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy recruitment environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class service to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment, including vacancy administration, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System or HR system.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce engaging recruitment content and job adverts.
- An analytical approach with experience producing recruitment reports and interpreting recruitment data.
- A flexible, adaptable mindset and a willingness to support the wider Talent Acquisition team wherever needed.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In, job boards and other attraction channels.
