Our Air and Ocean operation based in Hounslow is looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the continued growth of CEVA Logistics through the design, development, and delivery of innovative, efficient, and commercially viable supply chain solutions for both new and existing customers. Working closely with internal stakeholders and customers, you will lead strategic projects that drive operational excellence, optimise supply chain performance, and deliver long‑term value across the business. For this role, you can be based in either London or the Midlands. However, travel to London at least twice a week will be required. You will also receive a company car allowance.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative logistics and supply chain solutions that support both business growth and operational excellence. You will lead a team of Logistics Project Managers providing guidance, coaching, and direction across multiple projects and customer initiatives. Working closely with customers, operational teams, and senior stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to optimise supply chain performance, improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end logistics projects, including new customer implementations, solution design, process improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes. The role requires strong analytical and project management capabilities, using data‑driven insights to evaluate transportation networks, inventory performance, procurement activities, forecasting models, and distribution processes. You will develop and maintain logistics models, analyse operational performance metrics, and provide recommendations that drive measurable business improvements. You will contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, implementation methodologies, and analytical tools while ensuring solutions align with company standards and customer expectations. In addition, you will support business retention and growth by identifying opportunities for value creation, maximising gain‑share initiatives, and delivering commercially viable solutions.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our Ideal candidate will be an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in delivering complex logistics and supply‑chain projects within a logistics, freight forwarding, or supply‑chain environment. You will be an effective leader with proven people management experience and the ability to influence, engage, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. Ideally, you will hold a recognised qualification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, or Six Sigma and have a solid understanding of project delivery, supply‑chain operations, financial performance, and operational reporting. You will be highly analytical, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to turn data into practical business solutions. Strong Microsoft Office and reporting system skills are required. To be successful in this role, you will be organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with a collaborative approach and willingness to travel when required.
