Your role:
- Drive and enable people & organisations development across Shipping Europe (30 countries), by supporting the countries HR teams in the deployment and execution of core HR processes (Talent, Performance, Learning).
- Contribute to HR strategic priorities, operations and decision making across virtually all HR domains.
What are you going to do?
- Lead regional Talent governance.
- Deliver and animate People Reviews & Talent Committees; ensure execution and follow-up of succession plans, high-potential pipelines, and talent action plans.
- Deploy and track Talent & Leadership programs.
- Roll out Group programs (e.g., Tangram, Excellence) across Europe; monitor participation, effectiveness, and leadership development outcomes.
- Drive core HR cycles & employee experience.
- Ensure timely and consistent execution of Performance Reviews and Engagement Surveys; consolidate results and support action plans with local HR teams.
- Deliver consolidated headcount, workforce planning, and HR budget tracking; act as reference for HRIS (MyHR) data quality and reporting accuracy.
- Enable strategic talent acquisition, mobility & development.
- Support hiring for key roles, oversee early careers programs (VIE, graduates), and ensure effective deployment of Learning & Development initiatives aligned with Group strategy.
Who are we looking for?
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Engineering.
- 5 years experience in an international HR environment.
- Appetite and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
