YOUR ROLE

Our operation based in Kettering is looking for a proactive Operations Manager to join the team where you oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence, and driving performance across safety, quality, financial, and delivery targets.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience of leading teams and significant operational experience ideally within a fast-paced multi-channel 3PL operation. You will possess strong people management skills with the ability to coach and develop others and be a skilled decision maker who is able to interact and engage with colleagues at all levels.

You will bring strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You will need to be self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working with a wide range of individuals.
