YOUR ROLE
Step into the heart of CEVA Logistics and become the driving force within the control tower team. As an Operational Analyst, you will be at the centre of the action, coordinating global shipments, solving problems in real time and keeping our customers' supply chains running smoothly 24/7. You will own the flow of information, events and execution across one of our largest accounts, from booking transport & monitoring milestones to spotting issues before they elevate. You will ensure every shipment stays on track and every stakeholder stays informed.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As an Operational Analyst, you will manage the smooth flow of daily transport operations by coordinating customer orders, booking shipments and monitoring progress across multiple orders. You will act as the first point of contact for operational queries, handle requests and disruptions and elevate issues when needed. A key part of this role will be to investigate data inconsistencies, support KPI reporting and help maintain compliance with CEVA processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-driven individual with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage fast-moving operations. You will be comfortable working with data, resolving issues quickly and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in logistics or supply chain is a bonus, but we also welcome candidates with strong transferable skills, a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering operational excellence.
