CEVA Logistics UK is seeking an Account Delivery Administrator to coordinate day-to-day activities on site at Upper Heyford, ensuring service levels are met. You will manage client bookings across systems, coordinate with transport teams, and communicate with customers to handle updates and issues.
You will monitor KPIs, support complaints through to closure, and assist the Account Manager with trackers and ad-hoc requests while supporting fleet activities and system onboarding as needed.
