YOUR ROLE
CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high-profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our ecommerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting an Inventory Manager to lead inventory accuracy, stock integrity, and inventory control processes within a fast‑paced operation. This role is responsible for driving inventory compliance, leading ICQA operations, resolving stock discrepancies, and ensuring robust control processes that protect customer service and operational performance. This is a Monday – Friday role.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Lead all inventory control and ICQA activities across the site
- Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records
- Manage cycle counts, audits, investigations, and defect resolution processes
- Identify root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Drive compliance with operational, security, quality, and loss prevention standards
- Lead, coach, and develop ICQA teams within a KPI‑driven environment
- Produce inventory performance reporting, analysis, and operational insights
- Support audits, customer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with operational teams to improve inventory processes and site performance
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience managing ICQA, inventory control, or warehouse operations within a high‑volume logistics or e‑commerce environment
- Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, defect management, and root‑cause analysis
- Experience leading operational teams and driving KPI performance
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using WMS systems, reporting tools, and inventory analytics
