YOUR ROLE
An amazing opportunity to join our Shared Services team based in Ashby de la Zouch has arrived at CEVA Logistics!
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised HR Shared Services Administrator, where you will support with all aspects of the employee life cycle, processing new starters and leavers, contractual changes, reference requests, payroll queries, TUPE in and out, and redundancy calculations.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the HRSS Team Leader, no two days are ever the same! You will be working alongside your colleagues to ensure that business requests relating to HR processes and actions are completed in a timely manner, paying close attention to detail and accuracy. On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Processing new starters and leavers and updating their employee files.
- Drawing up contractual paperwork and sending this out via DocuSign.
- Initiating reference requests for our new starters.
- Collaborating with our HR Business Partners with TUPE in and out procedures.
- Calculating redundancy and payroll queries.
- Manage queries through our ticketing OTRS system.
- Support our manager and colleague population with general queries via telephone, teams and email.
- And complete any additional administrative duties as directed by the HRSS Team Leader.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in your application you will be an enthusiastic, proactive and forward-thinking administrator. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple workloads and processes therefore your organisational skills will be second to none. You will be a confident user of Microsoft office packages including Outlook and Excel.
It would be preferred, however not essential if you have previous experience of working within a HR Shared Services team.
This role will see you working Monday to Friday, where you will be based at Ashby de la Zouch and have the opportunity to work from home, therefore we require a self-driven individual who can work alone as well as in a team.
