As our operation continues to grow and evolve, we are looking for a dedicated Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of our order management and delivery processes. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate order allocation, effective communication with customers and transport partners, and timely resolution of any delivery issues. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of service, accuracy, and compliance across all daily activities.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Allocate orders accurately for two key clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Book collections and deliveries, coordinating with transport partners to maintain smooth operations.
  • Investigate discrepancies promptly, ensuring issues are resolved and communicated effectively.
  • Produce daily and weekly KPI reports, maintaining accurate data and insight for operational performance.
  • Ensure POD deliveries and documentation are completed and stored correctly.
  • Manage invoicing for customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Monitor and respond to emails, including inquiries, collections, store transfers, and manual order requests.
  • Report any delivery issues to relevant teams, supporting quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
