Are you passionate about driving change and continuous improvement? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a Business Process Excellence (BPE) Engineer to join our team at Daventry, supporting operations across four sites. This is a dynamic role where you will lead improvement initiatives, support stakeholders in implementing change and deploying best practices.
Reporting into the Business Process Excellence Manager, you will be actively identifying, promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Leading Kaizen events, supporting digitalisation projects and coaching teams to embed problem solving capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for driving cost reduction initiatives and improving operational efficiency across all areas. You will lead innovation projects, including robotic process automation (RPA) and digital solutions using Microsoft tools. Additionally, you will be building strong relationships across the sites as a key point of contact for improvement activities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels, be analytical, organised and confident in leading projects and coaching others to implement real change within the business. Have the ability to re-engineer and improve upon existing operational solutions. Due to the multi-site travel, a full UK driving licence is essential.
