YOUR ROLE

Are you an experienced vehicle technician who takes pride in delivering quality, precision, and manufacturer standard work? At CEVA Logistics, we are looking for a PDC Technician to join our Technical Services team based at our Office in Chipping Warden. You will work as part of a small, highly skilled team responsible for preparing and maintaining vehicles in line with strict OEM guidelines and client expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy workshop environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to doing the job right the first time.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

In this role, you will complete vehicle health checks, PDIs and PDCs to strict manufacturer standards while managing your workflow through the AssetCare system and keeping all documentation accurate and up to date. Spot and report defects quickly, carry out minor repairs and tyre work when needed, and keep tools and equipment in top condition. You will also maintain high safety and housekeeping standards, working closely with the wider Technical Services and Garage Support teams to keep productivity flowing smoothly.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will be a quality focused technician with City & Guilds Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent) and have hands on workshop experience, someone who understands manufacturer standards and takes pride in getting the job right first time. You will bring a professional attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close knit team. Manufacturer training, solid problem‑solving skills, and wider industry awareness are desirable, but above all we want someone motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards.
