This graduate-friendly role offers valuable school-based experience and a clear pathway into teaching, SEND support, and other child-focused careers. You'll support pupils across EYFS to KS2 on one-to-one, small group and whole-class bases, delivering targeted literacy and numeracy interventions, and collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning experiences.
