Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster their Integration & Separation Post Deal Function after some excellent growth throughout 2025. AMA has made multiple successful engagements with this client and is a key account for our firm who we are excited to be working with again.
Experience Required
- Experience in Post-Deal Integration & Separation functions within Financial Programmes
- Be financially minded with experience in deal programmes where finance functions were required to work on
- Preferably have come from a Management Consulting/Advisory background such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY & PwC
- Must know how to communicate well with clients and have stakeholder management capabilities
- Led a team as a Senior Manager, and have good management capabilities
- At least 6 years experience for Senior Manager in this space, closer to 10 for Director level
