Our client based in London is a boutique Management Consulting practice looking to bolster its I&S Post Deal Function following impressive growth in 2025. AMA has successfully partnered with this client in multiple engagements and is a key account for our firm.

If you have experience in I&S, Post Deal Post Merger Integration with a financial mindset, we are looking for Senior Manager to Director level professionals who demonstrate strong integration and separation capabilities.

Experience Required
  • Experience in Post-Deal Integration & Separation functions within Financial Programmes.
  • Financially minded with experience in deal programmes where finance functions were required to work on.
  • Preferably come from a Management Consulting/Advisory background such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, or PwC.
  • Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Led a team as a Senior Manager and have good management capabilities.
  • At least 6 years of experience for Senior Manager level, closer to 10 for Director level.

Offering £93,000 - £135,000 base salary + 30% - 40% depending on grade.

30 days holiday from day one.
