Milk Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team in a Reception class at a welcoming Primary School in Ponteland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children in their early years and helping to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences in Reception.
- Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
- Assisting with the preparation of resources and activities.
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting children\'s social, emotional, and educational needs.
- Helping to create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with young children (ideally within EYFS).
- Holds (or is working towards) a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification (ideally).
- Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting early learning.
- Works well as part of a team and has strong communication skills.
