We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Lead Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ combined with business analysis and functional consulting experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French, capable of bridging business needs with technical solutions and comfortable leading both client conversations and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations focused on Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using OOTB features and custom development.
- Perform gap analysis, process mapping and functional documentation.
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce CPQ processes including product configuration, pricing rules and quote generation with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Hands-on experience implementing CPQ features like product bundles, guided selling and approval workflows while collaborating with business teams to optimize quote-to-cash operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define solution architecture and integration strategies.
- Conduct workshops, demos and training sessions in French for client teams.
- Guide and mentor developers, perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients in French-speaking regions, especially Mauritius.
Qualifications
- 8 years of Salesforce experience with strong focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Proven techno-functional background with hands-on development and business analysis.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and integration.
- Experience working directly with clients in French-speaking regions.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g. Platform Developer II, CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant).
