Senior Platform Engineer (Media Systems & Cloud)
3-6 Months contract extendable
Location London UK Hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong expertise in Media Technology platforms, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform operations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade media platforms.
Experience
- 10-15+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in Cloud or Platform Engineering
- Experience supporting media workflows and broadcast platforms is highly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions
- Maintain platform reliability, availability, and performance
- Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with application, data, and business teams
- Implement observability and monitoring solutions
Required Skills
- AWS and/or Azure Cloud
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Kubernetes, Docker Containers
- Linux Administration
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Monitoring Tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk)
