Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 services across a large enterprise environment.
The role focuses on collaboration, messaging, identity, security, governance, and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point Online, One Drive, Power Platform, and Entra ID.
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex identity, collaboration, and messaging issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant administration, licensing, governance, and user lifecycle management.
- Implement and maintain security, compliance, retention, and information protection solutions.
- Administer Entra ID, Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, MFA, and Identity Governance.
- Manage Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, messaging security, and hybrid environments.
- Develop automation using Power Shell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security, and adoption trends.
- Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams on enterprise solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to Microsoft 365 roadmap and architecture decisions.
