Job Purpose
Teach and mentor undergraduate students in the Biomedical Engineering program within the School of Engineering and Computing. The position contributes to AIU's mission of developing technically proficient and globally minded graduates through innovative teaching, research, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses such as Biomedical Signals and Systems, Biomedical Instrumentation, and Medical Imaging.
- Supervise and mentor undergraduate student projects and capstone research.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities aligned with biomedical engineering.
- Contribute to curriculum design, assessment, and continuous program improvement.
- Participate in academic advising and student mentorship initiatives.
- Serve on departmental, school, and university committees.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and student‐centered learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and instructional skills in English (language of instruction is English).
