How you will create an impact Reporting to the Energy Multinational Specialist (International) this role will be primarily responsible to execute across Multinational underwriting component(s) of the UK Energy portfolio. Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Energy underwriters in their understanding and execution of multinational program structures. Support training initiatives, for underwriters and Multinational teams, and awareness of topical issues. • Develop, validate and communicate global premium allocations and use them in conjunction with reinsurance structures to manage controlled master multinational energy programs. • Contribute to goals for Multinational premium growth, business mix, and profitability across the portfolio by supporting the of identification, development and quoting of new business and the retention of current clients. Develop a Multinational fronting prospect pipeline and contribute to Captive and non-captive fee growth • Liaise with brokers, underwriters and other internal and external international stakeholders to ensure quality service. • Proactively resolve technical multinational underwriting issues (local coverage) escalating to appropriate stakeholders to expedite resolution • Assist program design prior to inception and deliver, handle and track ongoing service of at minimum compliant, multinational programs that meet assigned client requirements and related service expectations. • Support reporting and booking transparency for Multinational business What you\’ll need to succeed • Bachelor\’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • Ideally two or more years of insurance experience • Ability to prioritize – able to navigate and switch between multiple proprietary, vendor, web-based and standard computer systems. • Strong analytical and organizational skills are required. • Learning Agility – willingness to learn from experiences and new situations. • Client Servicing – ability to anticipate client (internal and external) needs and act proactively. • Problem Solving – identify problems and solutions matched to the appropriate solutions. • Attention to Detail – demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation is maintained. • Willingness and ability to support the team, proven team player skillset AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
