How you will make an impact

As a Specialist in our Underwriting Operations Team in Commercial property, you will be responsible for providing efficient and high-quality support to the UK Underwriting and Operations Teams. You will support the end-to-end underwriting/operations process through regular liaison with other functions to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our brokers and clients.

This is a fantastic role for someone with good general insurance knowledge who wants to progress their career in operations supporting underwriting. You will be given comprehensive training and the opportunity to complete insurance qualifications.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Work with UW managers to support the lifecycle of the portfolio
  • Efficiently and accurately ensure all new business and renewal accounts are processed and tracked.
  • Proactive engagement with Underwriting to ensure new and renewed accounts have an efficient and smooth process.
