Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day servicing and multinational technical support on an assigned portfolio in support of the Multinational Client Executive and Product Underwriter.
- Manage post‑bind activities: monitor program implementation, track performance, and communicate with brokers and clients.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert and escalation point for multinational program design, territorial information, and problem solving.
- Promote and drive adoption of the AIG Multinational End‑to‑End process, ensuring all parties understand roles, responsibilities, and expected timelines.
- Assist with drafting and collecting facultative reinsurance documentation, ensuring adherence to AIG protocols and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on operational processes and information requirements for reinsurance placements on multinational programs.
Qualifications
- Commercial insurance experience, preferably in client servicing (broker or company background).
- Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures, and experience in multinational environments and processes.
- Experience working with multinational corporations.
- Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge to implement them.
- Collaborative attitude with strong relationship‑building skills with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong initiative, organization, time‑management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
