How you will make an impact

As a Graduate within the MN Global Service Delivery team, you will contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives that improve operational performance and business outcomes. Working across business analysis, process analysis, data analysis, project management, change management and planning, you will help identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and support the implementation of sustainable improvements. This role is best suited to someone who is naturally curious, resilient and motivated by solving difficult problems. We are looking for an individual who is willing to dig deep into data, challenge assumptions, and persist until they uncover the true drivers of performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Analysing business, process and performance data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of initiatives that improve service levels, process performance and customer outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple functions to understand challenges, align priorities and drive action.
  • Contributing to project delivery activities, including planning, tracking, reporting and change implementation.
  • Developing practical, data-driven recommendations and helping translate these into measurable business results.
  • Supporting global initiatives to improve SLA performance and process efficiency across the end-to-end process.

This role offers exposure to the full improvement lifecycle, from understanding the problem and identifying solutions through to implementation and measuring outcomes.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than July 2027.
  • Previous work or volunteering experience in any industry or sector.
  • Evidence of extra-curricular activities.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with an interest in using data to solve business problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Confident working with data and Excel.
