Talbot Underwriting Ltd seeks a strategic Head of Claims to lead the claims function across multiple Lloyd’s syndicates and ensure governance and regulatory alignment with AIG standards. You will oversee reserving, performance reporting and significant litigation matters, while guiding a high-performing team in a highly regulated environment.
Reporting to the CEO and AIG UK Head of Claims, you will partner with underwriting, actuarial and legal teams to drive improvements in claims strategy.
