Our Client and Broker Engagement (CBE) team manages AIG's major client relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity. The team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience – our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client’s needs.
How you would make an impact:
- Build and maintain strong local relationships with contacts at the Global, International & Focus brokers.
- Execute and maximize value and revenue from key agreements and contracts.
- Develop and embed an innovative approach to business development, promoting sales growth through new channels and new products in addition to traditional distribution routes.
- Promote a sales focus and customer/broker-centric mentality across all stakeholders within AIG.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- ACII preferable.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance distribution in the UK.
- Knowledge of different distribution methods.
- Awareness of legal and compliance issues.
