Make your mark in Renewable EnergyOur Renewables team underwrite a focused set of occupancies, targeting those which are key to the energy industry's successful transition to greener energy production and those which are set to grow the most in the coming years. Develop, grow, manage and maintain a profitable book of Renewable Energy accounts. Underwrite in line with the Energy governance framework e.g. Oversee a globally consistent data set of submissions and the historical loss results of that portfolio. Drive involvement of functional areas in Underwriting process, including Market Management, Risk Consulting, Claims and Operations. Contribute to the development and execution of regional underwriting strategy. Ensure accurate policy documentation is issued to producers. Provide training and support to junior members of the Energy team. What you'll need to succeedYou will have extensive experience underwriting profitable business in the Renewable Energy segment of large corporate international insurance. You have a specialized understanding of regional / local Renewable, Engineering & Construction insurance markets and competitor landscape. Capable of leveraging data and analytics to make business more efficient and effective. You have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory environment.
