About the Role: You will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality, relevant experiences including marketing, content, services, and solutions that meet the needs of our members, students, and clients globally across owned, shared, and earned channels. The team supports the Association\’s efforts in delivering valuable and viable propositions to our audiences and collaborates with multiple partners across various propositions. This team will build QA processes and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Experience Delivery Squads in annual and quarterly sprints. You will report to the Director – Experience Business Partnering & Delivery and utilize a hybrid work schedule. You Will: Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation to execution, optimization, and reporting. Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors. Manage teams of Delivery Managers and Campaign Managers working across creative teams and marketing operations to ensure programs and campaigns are implemented within budget and meet quality standards. Lead team in annual or quarterly planning processes to balance demand and capacity across the delivery portfolio. Respond promptly to escalations from Partners, Proposition Owners, and Team Leaders, ensuring high service levels and satisfaction. Define clear standards for team outputs and stakeholder management to ensure internal customer satisfaction and effective communication. Lead a team of up to 15 members in accordance with our Management Charter. You Have: Bachelor\’s Degree 7+ years\’ experience in data-driven marketing, specifically CRM, email, online/offline media 3+ years of prior experience leading a campaign delivery team Experience working in Agile methodologies How We Support You: We offer flexible work arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.
