About the Role: You will lead teams supporting multiple departments in delivering valuable and viable propositions to our audiences. Your team serves as the front door of the Experience Management integrated service model, working to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes. You will report to the Senior Director of Experience Management and have up to three direct reports. This position is hybrid-remote and office-based, with our UK office located in central London.
You Will:
- Implement Experience Management plans to produce and deploy targeted content through relevant channels, meeting revenue, return on experience, membership, and audience volume targets across propositions and programmes.
- Align with the Experience Leadership team, Proposition Owners, and other Department leaders on strategic direction and priorities within the Experience function.
- Foster an audience-first mindset, understanding and prioritising audience needs and personalising messages accordingly.
- Lead Experience Business Partners in delivering brand activations, content, marketing, and communications, utilising insights and data to develop propositions.
- Lead your Delivery team to ensure programmes meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with the Director of Planning & Performance to guide Proposition Owners through annual and quarterly planning processes, balancing demand and capacity across the delivery portfolio.
You Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, digital product development, communications, or content development.
- 5+ years in leadership roles with accountability for revenue delivery.
