About the Role: You will identify and nurture new opportunities for sales within the UK domestic market and develop sales pipelines to grow the Association's market share. The internal job title for this role is Specialist - UK Employer Relationships, reporting to the Lead Manager - UK Employer Relationships.

You Will:

  • Perform prospecting activities to engage UK Management Accounting employers; be a partner and trusted advisor.
  • Manage Salesforce leads, reacting to inbound enquiries promptly.
  • Address customer requests and collaborate with our teams to respond.
  • Support the promotion and delivery of CIMA recruitment events and webcasts.
  • Deliver tactical activities to enhance customer experience and thereby customer loyalty, repeat business, and opportunities to upsell and expand solutions.
  • Work with team members to develop advocacy, research, and promotional opportunities for the Association.
  • Use a hybrid work schedule.

You Have:

  • Customer service skills.
  • Sales Development, Account Manager or Business Development experience.
  • Experience of achieving within target-driven environments.
  • Social selling and confidence with social media.
