If you're working in data governance, data quality, or data management, you're likely looking to take the next step in your career. At the Association you have the opportunity to build on your core expertise while growing into AI governance. You will support the execution and advocating of the enterprise Data & AI Governance framework, ensuring you apply governance policies and artefacts across the organisation. You will be an operational contributor, coordinating governance activities, maintaining core artefacts, and promoting adoption across business and technology teams. You will report to the Associate Director of AI and Data Governance and use a hybrid work schedule. This is a new role in a newly established AI & Data Governance function, bringing together data, AI, and risk governance into a single enterprise model.
You Will
- Embed data governance frameworks and processes
- Work with Data Owners and Stewards to increase adoption and accountability
- Support data quality management, Goals, and issue resolution
- Maintain governance artefacts (catalogue, glossary, metadata)
- Coordinate governance forums and partner engagement
Alongside this, you'll gain exposure to:
- AI governance activities (use cases, risk, lifecycle checkpoints)
- Integrate data, AI, and risk governance at enterprise scale

Qualifications You Have
- Experience operating business programmes within a global environment.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and their application within programmes.
- Experience of project management or operating management processes, balancing value, risk, and organisational readiness.
- Experience supporting programmes across multiple regions, functions, or business domains.
