Under the general direction of the Executive Director, the primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the building's integrity during weekends and scheduled times.

Primary Responsibilities for Concierge:

  • Provide the highest quality customer service to residents
  • Answer multiline telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Greet guests and residents, directing them to the correct destination
  • Address resident concerns during the shift
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Schedule appointments
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Carry out emergency procedures as required
  • Use the BILD sales system effectively
  • Oversee weekend activities
  • Notify the Executive Director of emergencies
  • Report repair needs to the Assistant Director
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
