Apply today!# **Job Details**## **Job Description**## ## **Job Title: Warehouse Operative**## **Department: Warehouse**## **Location: Belfast**## **Reports To: Warehouse Team Manager**## **Salary: £12.95PH**## **Shifts: Monday – Thursday 18:00-02:30 Friday 18:00-01:30**## ## ## **Job Purpose:**## To correctly assemble an order from a pick note.## ## **All staff are expected to understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (2013/C 68/01) which is reflected in our SOP – REF Chapter 1 AHDL GDP 1.1. It will be a requirement for all staff to be trained in this SOP and have an annual refresher. All other GDP training will be job specific and as per your personal training matrix**## ## Key Accountabilities## * ## To correctly pick the correct products from as pick note as instructed using a handheld scanner.## * ## To ensure you move between stations when required.## * ## Where ‘exceptions’ apply, (IE Stock to large for bin or no stock in location) you take them to the proper location to ensure the order is fulfilled appropriately.## * ## Special care must be taken to avoid damage and the appropriate box/packaging used – all damages must be reported to the team leader or line supervisor## * ## Any pick face errors must be reported to the team leader or line supervisor immediately.## * ## Adhere to all company housekeeping procedures.## * ## To wear your PPE at all times## * ## To meet all health and safety requirements## * ## To carry out any reasonable requests as determined by Service Center Management.* ## undefined## ## ## Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:## **Essential**## ## · Excellent Customer Care## · Intermediate numeracy## · Excellent time management and organisational skills## ## ## ## ## .High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
