We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Medical Logistics Driver to support the safe and timely collection and delivery of critical shipments. This role plays an important part in maintaining service excellence by ensuring materials, products, and medical samples are transported securely, accurately, and in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned pickup and delivery activities in line with scheduled requirements
- Verify shipment information and ensure all transportation documentation is accurate
- Obtain required signatures and proof of delivery records
- Transport materials, products, and medical samples in accordance with handling and temperature control requirements
- Communicate delivery updates, delays, and shipment exceptions promptly
- Support loading, unloading, packaging, and labeling activities to maintain shipment integrity
- Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance issues as required
- Assist with specialised transport activities, including airport transfers, hand-to-hand deliveries, and adjusted schedule assignments
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in a driving, courier, logistics, or transportation role
- Full valid driving licence with a safe driving record
- Strong attention to detail when handling documentation and shipment records
- Good communication skills with the ability to provide service updates professionally
- Ability to follow route plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of safe handling and transportation practices
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, courier operations, delivery services, or a related field required. Certification in dangerous goods awareness, licensure in operation of the applicable vehicle class, cold chain handling, or equivalent required.
