We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to join a busy warehouse operation in Leeds. This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse work with office-based administration and inventory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out stock counts, audits and inventory checks.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
- Produce and update reports using Excel.
- Support inventory administration and operational processes.
- Work closely with warehouse and office teams to resolve queries.
- Handle ad hoc requests and tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both warehouse and office environments.
- Previous inventory, warehouse or logistics experience.
- Experience with Manhattan WMS is desirable.
