We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient movement of shipments through our facility. This role is responsible for coordinating daily workflow activities, maintaining operational visibility, and ensuring processes are completed accurately, safely, and in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operational workflows to enable the timely and accurate movement of shipments
- Prioritise shipment handling activities based on operational schedules and processing requirements
- Monitor operational queues and outbound schedules to maintain service continuity
- Track shipment assignments, operational notes, and shift activities
- Maintain accurate operational logs, records, and status updates
- Identify and elevate operational issues, equipment concerns, and process exceptions
- Support issue resolution by providing timely and accurate operational information
- Adhere to security, safety, and operational procedures at all times
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience in an operations, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to monitor workflows and identify potential issues proactively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Competent IT skills and experience using operational systems or databases
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to elevate issues appropriately

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, operations management, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, air freight operations, supply chain operations, or a related field required. Certification in logistics, supply chain, workplace safety, or program management, or equivalent preferred.
